“Working across all of the five cultural beliefs, you have demonstrated true inspiration across the wider Panduit teams. By earning client and internal trust, being completely focused on the job in hand, thinking differently to bypass obstacles presented, breaking down all cross functional silos and simplifying complex practices and formulas to achieve the required result, you were the first team members that made SAP possible, when engagement from most others, in the early days, was impossible.”
“Congratulations and thank you for your efforts on the successful completion of the SynapSense acquisition. The acquisition was completed smoothly in an amazing 44 days with very positive feedback from the SynapSense Team. Thanks specifically for the work on the Services and Software evaluation and direction.”
“Thanks for working 12 hour days, onsite, in a loud and cold data center to get all of the SynapSense hardware installed despite Customer networking delays and access issues. It was a long and tiring week and I appreciate the extra effort.”
“Algis is a valuable team member and would like to thank him for all of his efforts in 2016 and look forward to another great year in 2017!”
“Thank you for your attention and response to customer request and follow through. You went well beyond your responsibility and was able to make customer happy.”
“Algis, I'd like to thank you for the activities with IBM at Itau Data Center. Your knowledge not only about our solution, but on data center architecture; and more than that; your tireless effort in making finding, reporting and fixing what is wrong is making the difference in that extremely complex implementation. I truly wish to continue working with professionals like you."
“With incredibly busy schedules and many other projects on your plate, I really appreciate that you took the customer's request and made a successful (might I add stellar) product that gave the cusotmer exactly what they wanted. Thanks for making this come about to ensure that Panduit earns this customer's business.”
“Thanks Algis for being flexible, because a lot of travel was required to South America and you never lost focus on customer needs and the time constraints. After finishing all the implementations and trainings of PIM I received very good feedback from our customers. Excellent and congratulations for your professionalism.”
